Willow & Thyme Restaurant

Offering a full bistro style menu, open for all main events and private functions. Serving hearty soups, tasty quiches and comforting casseroles, mouth-watering salads and indulgent desserts and treats. Perfect for gatherings, weddings, special occasions & group tours, catering for individual needs from set menus to buffets.

The Retreat

This is perfect for small gatherings. In its intimate and private surroundings, you and your guests can enjoy some refreshments and canapés. Also ideal for Afternoon Tea and Evening Soirées.


The Food & Foraging Trail

Explore the park with your taste buds! Search for edible plants, taking a stroll along wild native Irish hedgerows, viewing the Red Deer farm and popping into the polytunnel, through the many themed gardens and finishing up at the visitor centre where some of the great prouce is available.
